  • The customer must notify the company of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the service.

  • The customer must provide relevant evidence (such as photos or videos) demonstrating the issue.

  • The company will review the case and, if necessary, offer a solution to correct the problem.

2. Refund Policy

Shell House does not offer refunds, as all payments are made on-site and services are completed immediately. However, if it is confirmed that the service does not meet agreed standards, the following options may be available:

  • The service will be provided again at no additional cost.

  • An alternative solution may be offered, based on mutual agreement.

3. Exceptions

Requests for service review or return will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the issue arose due to improper use or negligence by the customer.

  • If the customer notifies the company after 24 hours of receiving the service.

  • If the customer requests a service that is not included in the offered packages.
