The customer must notify the company of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the service.
The customer must provide relevant evidence (such as photos or videos) demonstrating the issue.
The company will review the case and, if necessary, offer a solution to correct the problem.
2. Refund Policy
Shell House does not offer refunds, as all payments are made on-site and services are completed immediately. However, if it is confirmed that the service does not meet agreed standards, the following options may be available:
The service will be provided again at no additional cost.
An alternative solution may be offered, based on mutual agreement.
3. Exceptions
Requests for service review or return will not be accepted in the following cases:
If the issue arose due to improper use or negligence by the customer.
If the customer notifies the company after 24 hours of receiving the service.
If the customer requests a service that is not included in the offered packages.
